Coordinated Care Organizations

Coordinated care organizations have successfully been launched across the state. Fifteen CCOs are operating and about 90 percent of Oregon Health Plan members are enrolled in a CCO. Learn more about CCOs and how they are helping improve the care and health of Oregonians.
